At Red Flag Alert, we remain committed to providing our customers with high-quality data, reliable services and continued investment in our products and technology.
We recognise that price increases are never welcome, and we want to be open and transparent about why we are introducing changes to our pricing from 1 November 2026.
Why are we increasing our prices?
Over recent years, the cost of delivering our services has continued to rise, including increases in data supplier charges, technology, infrastructure and operational costs.
Although our terms and conditions have always included provision for annual increases in line with the Consumer Prices Index (CPI), Red Flag Alert has never previously implemented a CPI-related price increase.
Instead, we have consistently absorbed these rising costs to minimise the financial impact on our customers and maintain competitive pricing.
However, as supplier and operational costs continue to increase, it is no longer sustainable for us to absorb these costs in full. We have therefore made the decision to pass on a proportion of these increases to our customers.
Our continued commitment to you
We want to reassure our customers that this decision has not been taken lightly. We remain focused on delivering excellent value, maintaining the quality and reliability of our services, and continuing to invest in improvements that benefit our customers.
The revised pricing will take effect from 1 November 2026.
We appreciate your continued loyalty, understanding and support. If you have any questions about the changes or how they may affect your account, please contact your Account Manager. If you do not know who your account manager is, please submit a ticket using this link.
