Our system works on a credit basis. When you join Red Flag Alert, you will purchase credits that you can then use to run checks, and each check costs a certain number of credits.
If you know who your account manager is and you would like to change the number of credits in your account, please reach out to them and they will be happy to adjust your credit balance for you. If you do not know who your account manager is, please submit a ticket using this link.
