If one of your colleagues moves on from the company, their account will need to be deactivated and any portfolios they manage need to be reassigned.
Portfolio Manager
If this user manages any portfolios, your account manager can nominate a different user to manage the portfolios instead. If you do not know who your account manager is, please submit a ticket using this link.
Account deactivation
If you are an admin user, you are able to do this via the 'User Management' portal. For guidance, please follow the steps in this guidance document.
If you are not an admin user, you can contact your account manager to have your colleague's account deactivated. If you do not know who your account manager is, please submit a ticket using this link.
