If you have issues opening the link sent via SMS or email, please follow these steps:
- Clear your cache and cookies
- Use incognito mode
- Only open the link once: if the link has been resent, use the most recent link and close all other tabs that you have opened the link in
What to do if the link has expired:
Each link has a validity window of 7 days. If the link has expired, it can be resent by the creator of the check, and this will open a new 7 day window.
